Welcome to my World

Welcome to my World

My work
Hi, I’m Sophie. I work with people who are ready to pause the noise of “shoulds” and step into a deeper connection with themselves. People find their way to me when they are tired of chasing impossible standards, carrying too much, or feeling like life is one big hamster wheel.
If you’ve tried the routines, the hacks, the endless advice and instead of feeling better you ended up feeling like you were failing at self care too. I see you. Life doesn’t stop being messy just because we choose to heal and I’ll never ask you to push aside your reality in order to fit some instagram ideal.
My clients are often navigating big life transitions, stress, or burnout, as well as parents and caregivers who are doing their best to hold everything together. They’re seekers, people who have a spark of knowing that there’s more to life than busyness and over performance and who want to reclaim their presence, creativity, and aliveness.
If this sounds like you, know that you’re not broken and you don’t need fixing. You need space to breathe, tools that are sustainable in real life and a guide who understands that being human is messy, beautiful, and worth honouring. That’s the work we do together.

Me
I’ve had my struggles like many of us do and went through some dark times, my life is by no means conventional nor easy. BUT… I didn’t and won’t let the struggles define me. What’s more important is what it’s taught me and how it impacts the way I share my work.
Through my own healing I’ve been able to take radical responsibility for myself and reclaim my self trust, sovereignty and authenticity. It will always be a work in progress but one thing remains steady and that’s the ability to be present in my own life no matter the season I’m in.
I’ll never forget the feeling of being thrown into crisis and searching for something, anything that could help me and being met with overwhelming morning routines, shaming about not being able to rise at 5 and squeeze in that essential hour of exercise and morning sunlight. There wasn’t space for the inconvenient truth of caring for small children alone who were also in crisis and not sleeping and were Velcro’d to me. Funnily enough they weren’t on board with my morning hacks and routines and I was left feeling that I’d failed yet another aspect of life and it all felt pretty hopeless.
When I say radical acceptance I mean it, not just of my life but of yours too. We don’t push inconvenient aspects of life under the carpet when we work together because unsustainable doesn’t work. Shame and fear doesn’t serve us.
Life doesn’t stop throwing curve balls because we engage in healing practices but what it does is increase our capacity to handle bumps in the road without losing ourselves in the process.
