About me
Welcome to my world
I’m Sophie, a triple-certified breathwork practitioner and passionate advocate for reimagining the way we approach wellbeing. My work is about creating real lasting change not quick fixes or surface level hacks. I believe that in the midst of our busy noisy world we all deserve space to pause, reconnect with our bodies, and feel grounded. Through one-to-one coaching, groups, classes and events I help people manage anxiety, ease overwhelm, and build a toolkit of practices that support presence, balance, and a fuller, more creative life.
